Meryl Rothstein is an editor and writer with more than a decade of storytelling experience in print and digital media. Currently the deputy editor at Bon Appétit, she previously worked at Esquire and Food Network Magazine. Her work has been consistently nominated for industry awards. One example: “Absolutely Perfect,” a multimedia package she edited, won a National Magazine Award and led to the biggest single-day subscription spike in BA’s history.
She also plays a role in many of BA’s brand extensions, spearheading a live fundraising event series, brainstorming podcast concepts, and helping build out a line of merch.
Outside of work, she’s volunteered for organizations including the grassroots political group Swing Left, where she helped recruit influencers. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, her children, and her Netflix subscription.
